We were recommended by a previous client to help assist with submitting a full planning application. The task was to subdivide an existing holiday-let building into 7 individual holiday-lets, and for the construction of a new two-bedroom modern holiday-let within the side garden. 
There were a few objections from surrounding neighbours, but after positive discussions, we overcame their concerns and gained planning approval for our client.
Works are currently underway on-site and finished photos will be uploaded in the future.
