We were tasked with a remodel for this dated holiday let to bring it back into the future. With full support of from the planning officer, we partially converted the garage into an en-suite for the main bedroom, reconfigured the kitchen and living space and gained consent for a single storey extension to enjoy the lovely coastal view.
